A Representative from Taste of Home said, “The top two recipes were so close that we had to have a taste-off and discussion last Thursday to decide the winner.”
The winner of this 2nd place entrée is Debbie Shannon from Rossville Elementary in Rossville Georgia.
A $10,000 check was presented to principal Robin Samples on behalf of Rossville Elementary and another $10,000 check was presented to Debbie Shannon for her submission of the Chicken Marsala Lasagna. These checks were presented at an all school assembly at 2 p.m. EST this afternoon. Congratulations Debbie, your recipe was selected second out of more than 14,000 recipe submissions.
